Book Review: Stripped by Tara Wyatt

I have two words for you- stripper cop. Oh wait! Here’s a few more- he looks like a long lost Hemsworth brother. Need I say more? Don’t worry, I’ll wait while you run out and one-click... No seriously, I love Tara’s writing. She could probably write a high school essay and I’d still thoroughly enjoy it. But I don’t have to, because she writes plenty of steamy, swoon worthy romances to keep me happy! And Stripped is a great new addition to her lineup. Sawyer is a super hot cop but kinda grumpy and a bit of an asshole. Just how I like my book boyfriends! Brooke is his partner, and she’s beautiful and kickass and so likable. They’ve got a history, so when they’re partnered up, sparks immediately fly. And when Sawyer has to go undercover as a stripper, you better believe things are about to get hot! This has all the chemistry, and emotional connection I’ve come to expect from Tara’s writing, with a fun and suspenseful storyline to go with it. I knocked a star off because I thought the ending could have used a little more depth and description. It felt a bit rushed, and I wanted to be really enveloped by its epicness. I didn’t quite get that, but overall, a super enjoyable read I’d recommend to everyone. It’s the first in a new series so if you haven’t read any of Tara’s work yet, it’s great place to start!
It gets a 4 on the drama llama scale!
Aaaaaand since Tara was kind enough to send me an ARC of this book, I'm going to giveaway an ebook copy to one of you! Check out the posts on my Instagram or Facebook pages for details!
